In this ever changing situation we all find ourselves facing we wanted to let you know of the ways we can help you.

At the moment we are not able to open but we have a small team working safely to help you.

We can offer you Click and Collect purchases via our website which can then be collected safely from either store or we can offer free local delivery. Alternatively you can call us on 01270 214157 or 01270 250661 for Crewe and 01782 631076 for Newcastle Under Lyme and we will help with your purchases and other enquiries. You can also e mail us on the addresses shown below or reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram

If you have any completed watch or jewellery repairs with us that you may need in the next few weeks, you can arrange payment and collection by calling the numbers shown. If we are storing any new purchases on your behalf for a special occasion in the future, once again contact using the details shown to arrange collection or delivery

Please note we are unable to offer any services which require direct contact such as cutting rings off or Ear Piercing until we can re open or are allowed by law to do so

If you are already self-isolating or shielding because you are a vulnerable member of our community we are still able to reach out to help and support you at the moment! Please do not hesitate to contact either of our stores via the below details.
