Our Price Promise to You

At John Pass Jewellers, we are committed to offering exceptional value on all our branded jewellery and watches. We regularly compare our prices with those of our competitors to ensure you always receive not only outstanding quality but also the most competitive prices available.

Our Price Promise means that if you find one of our branded items available at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll be happy to match it – provided the following conditions are met:

The product is identical and in stock.
The retailer is an authorised UK stockist.
The price is advertised either in-store or online, as long as the retailer also has a physical store located in the UK.
Please note that we are unable to match prices from online-only retailers.

We will match prices advertised nationally by authorised retailers, including verified discount and promotional codes where applicable.

If the lower price is offered by a local independent retailer or a local branch of a national chain, we’re also happy to honour that price in-store – as long as the retailer meets our criteria.



Our Price Promise applies to individual branded products that are exactly the same in terms of model, specification, size, and colour. The item must be in stock and immediately available for purchase – not just on order – and delivery must be available within 2-3 working days.



At the time of purchase:

Simply provide us with:

A description of the product
The name of the authorised retailer
The advertised price and, if applicable, a valid discount or voucher code
Confirmation of immediate stock availability and delivery timeframe (within 2-3 days)
Your chosen payment method

We’ll verify the information while you wait in store.

After your purchase:

If you’ve already bought the item from us, visit one of our stores within 7 days with:

Your original purchase receipt
Details of the comparable product and offer (as above)

Once verified, we’ll gladly refund the price difference.



- Applies only to branded jewellery and timepieces. Excludes John Pass own-brand collections.
- The product must be new, undamaged, identical (model, name, colour, finish), and sold by a UK-based authorised stockist in GBP.
- The item must be in stock for immediate purchase with delivery available within 2-3 working days.
- Promotions such as "buy one, get one free" are excluded.
- Voucher or discount codes must be valid and verifiable at the time of review.
- Cannot be used alongside any other John Pass Jewellers offer or discount.
- Available for personal use only – one price match per customer per item.
- Not valid if the retailer is in administration, closing down, or operating from an outlet store.
- Price match cannot be used in conjunction with finance payment methods.
